Jack and Margaret Schoch have built Homearama showcase homes since 1994, demonstrating how their award-winning partnership can create sensational dream homes. In 1995, 2003, and 2006 the duo built and decorated two homes, including the Charity House and in 2007 their home won bronze in The Virginian-Pilot Excellence in Building Awards.
Each Schoch home showcases Jack’s talent for perfection and craftsmanship, and Margaret’s eye for dramatic design in home decorating. Their synchrony translates into quality workmanship, depth of experience and intense sense of style.
Hundreds of Schoch homes, ranging from $300,000 to more than $4 million, grace many neighborhoods in Hampton Roads including: Indian River Plantation, Court House Estates, Church Point, Lago Mar, Heritage Park, and Ashville Park in Virginia Beach; Greystone, Vance Level and Edinburgh in Chesapeake; River Pointe in Portsmouth; East Beach in Norfolk; and Wellington in Smithfield. Schoch’s homes range in size from 2,000 to well over 14,000 square feet and represent a variety of architectural styles.
Schoch has also been building commercial properties for the last four years consisting of warehouses and office buildings as well as selling and erecting metal buildings.
